Independent candidate Dilip Verma wins sikta assmebly seat in Bihar 2010 assembly elections. The 2nd nearest candidate Fakruddin (Independent) got over 5000 votes.
Guess JDU , BJP , RJD , LJP and Congress could not win this and could not be no.2 as well. Though Nitish Kumar is reaching toward Majority hence he will not need support from Independent Winners.
