Need to win 272 seats for majority

Any Political Party or Political alliances , who wants to form the government after then lok sabha elections result declared on 16th may , will need to win atleast 272 seats to gain the two third majority .

Will NDA win 272 seats and gain majority ?
Will UPA win 272 seats and gain majority ?

Or it will be Third front or Fourth Front which will cross the magic number 272 ?
