jyoti basu vote 2009 election
Senior Left Leader Jyoti basu wont be able to vote in loksabha election 2009 due to his doctors advice to not to go to voting booth too keep himself healthy.
Jyoti basu is 94 . This is the first time he will not be voting in lok sabha elections.
