Case against Ratan Tata - Nano and Narendra modi
A lawyer from Patna has gone to court to register a case against Ratan Tata for helping Narendra Modi by launching Tata Nano ahead of Lok sabha elections 2009.
She said that the launch of tata nano could influence election poll 2009 results and therefore was violating the model code of conduct during elections.
