Madan lal to contest poll from hamirpur constituency on congress ticket

Cricketer Madan lal , who was members of 1983 worldcup winning Indian Cricket team , Has offifically joined Congress party. Madan lal is Congress candidate for Hamirpur constituency of Himachal Pradesh.

Madan lal said that he will like to concentrate on election rather than giving interviews to media/
He will surely give interview after winning the lok sabha election 2009 from hamirpur constituency from where he is contesting the indian general poll.

He always wanted to join public life , and congress is the best platform according to him. Madan lal said that he was inspired by sonia gandhi when she sacrified the Prime Minister post after UPA won the lok sabha election 2009.

Cricketer Siddhu is BJP candidate while Chetan Sharma is BSP Candidate.
