Trinmool congress launches election campaign at Nandigram

Mamata Banerjee , Trinamool Congress chief on Saturday launched campaign for the Lok Sabha elections 2009 from Nandigram.The controversial location from where TATA had to transfer its NANO Production plan to Gujarat.

Mamata Banerjee , Trinamool Congress chief appealed minorities to stand united against left parties like CPI ( M ) . She also displayed Lok sabha election manifesto of Trinamool congress which she officially plans to make public in next week. Mamata Banerjee , Trinamool Congress chief dedicated her party Poll manifesto to martyrs of Nandigram who died in police firing in the past.

She introduced 3 candidates of Trinmool congress for upcoming lok sabha election 2009. Namely
Sisir Adhikari and Suvendhu Adhikari from Tamluk and Kanthi constituency and the local woman Shuli Saha, who is contesting from Bishnupur lok sabha seat.
