Meera Sanyal of ABN Amro to contest Loksabha poll
Meera Sanyal , Head of ABN AMRO India , has declared that she will be contesting loksabhaelection 2009 as an independent candidate from south mumbai LS seat.
Meera Sanyal has been involved in man community activities , and she can do more being a legal representation of particular region by winning lok sabha election.
Meera sanyal said that she will be spending not more than 25 lakh rs for the election as per the code of conduct by Election Commission of India . Also , All the funds for election campaign will come from her own pocket only.
Meera Sanyal did not look for ticket for Indian poll 2009 from any political party as she don't want to align herself to any particular ideology.

I think this is gud for our democracy b'coz if like tht educatd persons are involve in election which will better thn corrupted and criminal persons.
