Third Front Parties for poll 2009
Finally , Former prime minister of India and Janata Dal-Secular supremo H D Deve Gowda has launched Third Front for the upcoming 15th Indian lok sabha election. Today , A Third front rally was organised in Dobbaspet , a small down near Bengaluru.
Former Indian prime minister and Janata Dal-Secular supremo H D Deve Gowda said that the Third Front is launched against the pro-rich policies of the United Progressive Alliance ( UPA ) and how the National Democratic Alliance ( NDA ) had communally divided the nation. The Former PM of India also said that the Third Front will declare its Loksabha Poll Manifesto very soon. He said that , Third Front is determined to keep Both the big national political parties BJP and Congress away from the centre.
The Other Political Leaders who were present at the Third Front Rally in bengalurure , include Prakash Karat , general secretary of the Communist Party of India-Marxist , Chandrababu Naidu of the Telegu Desam Party . Mayawati of BSP and Jayalalitha of AIADMK were absent however they sent their representatives. The BSP was represented by Satish Mishra while the AIADMK was represented by Maitreyan.

A B Bardhan of the Communist Party of India, Chandrasekar Rao of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi, H D Kumaraswamy and M C Nanaiah of the JD-S , Kuldeep Bishnoi, son of Bhajan Lal, The Forward Bloc, and the Republican Party of India were also represented in the rally.
Thus , the Left Front is made of Mostly Regional Political Parties and Left Parties.
