Election Commission of India has declared that the upcoming indian general elections will be held during april may 2009. The Leading political parties of india , BJP and Congress have formed their strategies for campaigning for lok sabha election.

Congress Has decided to Use Rahul Gandhi to attract the indian youth. For this matter , Rahul gandhi recently visited Gujarat . He met the Students of MS University , Baroda . He met young women in Rajkot city of Gujarat. During his visit , Rahul gandhi made some comments on Chief Minister of Gujarat , Narendra Modi who is seen as CEO of Gujarat state.

Rahul gandhi critised Narendra Modi government for not listenning and not helping thw Diamond Workers of the state who are suffering unemployment due to the closedown of Diamond business.

Rahul gandhi slammed Narendra Modi by saying that , Narendra Modi govt can give incentives of crores of rs for Tata Nano , but can not give any incetives to poor diamond workers.

In return , Narendra Modi said that , those who dont know anything about GUjarat , should not speak just because they need to speak.

If Congress is promoting Rahul Gandhi as Young Icon, then BJP is using Narendra Modi.

Recently Narendra Modi was in GOA to Campaign for his Party BJP for Upcoming loksabha Election in april may 2009. There during his speech , Narendra modi said that , Rahul gandhi is fish who stays in acquarium and He himself is a fish who lives in Ocean.

Narendra Modi also said that , This Nehru Gandhi family is a burden for the Country.

During Gujarat Assemly Election , Sonia Gandhi came to Gujarat and she attacked Modi the same way Rahul Gandhi is doing right now. It seems that Modi Vs Gandhi fight will continue.

MP S Bangarappa leaves SP Joins Congress

S Bangarappa , Samajwadi Party MP and former Karnataka chief minister has resigned from Lok Sabha as well as the party and will join Congress.

S Bangarappa was MP from Shimoga in 14th lok sabha.

S Bangarappa has choosen Sonia Gandhi as his leader.

S Bangarappa cleared that Inclusion of Kalyan Singh in SP is not a reason for his resignation from Samajwadi Party.

CPM to contest 80 Lok Sabha seats : Prakash karat

CPM party general secretary Prakash Karat today said that CPM will contest Lok Sabha Election on 80 loksabha seats.

Prakash Karat also said that CPM central committee would meet on March 7-8 to finalise the election manifesto and preparations for the upcoming loksabha poll .

Speaker Somnath Chatterje to take retirement from politics

Somnath Chatterjee , the speaker of 14th Loksabha has declared that he will take retirement from Politics once the 14th lok sabha comes to end.
