As we all know that , Rahul Gandhi the General Secretary of Congress party , is on his 3 day loksabha election campaign in Gujarat , today at Surat he gave the statement that , For him Dr. Manmohan Singh is the Prime Ministerial Candidate for Congress and UPA for Upcoming Lok sabha election in April May 2009.
