RJD Chief and UPA Railway Minister in 14th loksabha , Lalu Prasad yadav has filed his nomination for newly formed Saran Constituency of bihar for upcoming lok sabha election 2009.
In the Past , Lalu prasad yadav has contested lok sabha elections from Chapra lok sabha seat and have won that constituency everytime.
